I don’t know why I never thought to write a review, but today is the day! I love her and her care & would highly recommend her as a family doctor! Dr. White-Williams is professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. You will not feel rushed in her office; she takes time to listen and does everything she can to be sure you receive whatever treatment may be needed.“

You can actually call the office were your doctor works and speak with someone quickly. The office staff is friendly and they obviously take pride in their work. All the clerical and medical staff were friendly, courteous and prompt with me. “? Recommended in less than 1 month time RFH has taken a stage 4 bedsore from neglect and misdiagnosis back on 10/16/2024 sent to emergency room only after the EMTs refused the 1st time to take her. Then after many times told they were going to discharge her but did due to she was throwing up, sick, etc. her to show up on 10/28/2024 in ICU with acute kidney failure and a bedsore they never addressed. With certified violations from the DOH on their wrong doings. From there to a short term rehab that placed her on hospice when I demanded her sent home cause they weren't doing anything but letting her sit in soiled diapers. Then sent to another hospital that kept sending her home due to pending hospice removal. Seeing the wound center there for months with little to no results. Referral from a couple nurses to contact RFH to within a month have this stage 4 bedsore 95% healed so yes they are recommended at the highest level when it comes to wound care. “After suffering a brain injury that involved disrupting my mental vision processing center, I was recommended to visit Dr. Serrano for a functional eye exam. At over 5 years out from my original accident and several doctors later, I have undergone a lot of vision testing and diagnoses. Dr. Serrano was friendly, competent and extremely thorough - he spent nearly 3 hours with me and actually uncovered a major eye condition that still had not been detected! I was very impressed. Post appointment dealing with his staff regarding insurance information, billing, and receiving documentation from the day has been quite difficult and non-communicative. I subtracted one star for dealing with those particulars.“
