“I’ve been battling neck pain for a couple of years after having a baby. On my very first appointment with Dr Culig I felt 90% better after he noted my misalignment and made an adjustment. I went back a few times to make sure it took and he taught me some stretches and strengthening exercises (not time consuming, very doable) so that it would lessen the chances of neck pain in the future. It’s been a few months since that first adjustment and my neck still feels the best it has in years.
