I have had really good experiences with this company. We've been doing business with them for over 30 years. Most recently i left a voicemail for them at 7:30 a.m. Because I was in need of repair. By 8:30 a.m. a service technician was already at my home and this was on the weekend.

My funace and heat pump quit on Saturday night during the great ice storm of 2026. On Sunday morning the guys from TruTemp showed up being led by the boss Doug Ridley. They jumped right into the problem and found a burned out transformer. This was promptly replaced restoring heat to my house. As a side note, I spoke to Doug the night before and he walked me through several possible scenarios.although none fixed the issue I appreciated the fact that he took time on the phone to try and correct the problem. With service like that, they have a customer for life.

When we had our new HVAC system installed by True Temp, the whole process was done professionally. After installation they did a cleanup job and explained how to use the smart thermostat and also went over the warranty! I highly recommend True Temp for your heating and air system.
