Poor communication from this company. I've had to basically harass these people to get an answer and still my washer is broke. He came out today and out the new part on it. He did not stay to make sure it worked. Stated it was calibrating and said I could turn it on. Did that and it still doesn't work. Called at 2 about him coming back out today. She stated she would call him and find out if he could come back out. Did I ever hear from her...NOPE I had to call multiple times and then it was well with it being so late in the day that it would be Monday because their closed on Fridays. It took him a while to finally complete the repairs on the dishwasher, but they did come through in the end. The company lacks communication skills and doesn’t know how to make phone calls to confirm appointments on the day of the appointment that would be a nice feature. However, we had an issue with the wrong part being delivered, and they did rectify the issue relatively quickly.

We always have used them and we always nothing but an amazing experience! Always nice and well mannered! I wouldn’t suggest anyone else ever! They are always on time and get the job done and make you feel like family. Even the young man that came it was yes ma’am, no ma’am. Manners mean a lot to me and they’ve always treated my home with the utmost respect ❤️❤️
