We moved to Chatsworth a year ago, and had purchased all new kitchen appliances. Our GE Profile oven, microwave combo has been nothing but problems. Our warranty company assigned General Appliances to service our oven. They worked with GE warranty folks and got parts replaced on a brand new product. Pam in the office booked our appointments based on our schedule. Ronnie and Deacon were very knowledgeable and professional and explained what was going on with our unit. Unfortunately, we had a to have an immediate repair on a brand new GE appliance. General Appliance was prompt in coming out, but it took a while to get the part in, which was NOT General Appliance's fault. They had to come out again & are now working with GE to find a permanent fix or push for GE to replace the whole unit with a new one.
Poor communication from this company. I've had to basically harass these people to get an answer and still my washer is broke. He came out today and out the new part on it. He did not stay to make sure it worked. Stated it was calibrating and said I could turn it on. Did that and it still doesn't work. Called at 2 about him coming back out today. She stated she would call him and find out if he could come back out. Did I ever hear from her...NOPE I had to call multiple times and then it was well with it being so late in the day that it would be Monday because their closed on Fridays.
