Service Tech was sent out to our home fast to check out our Whirlpool Fridge. Technician was very knowledgeable on the equipment and will be getting my part replaced asap. He was very professional and friendly so I highly recommend General Appliance to everyone. Thank you Heather and CJ.

are fridge compresor went out during the 3 year warenty from lowes we called lowes 20 times over a 3 week period and got hung up on or they would just say we were denied repair i was in tears !!! i thought we would have to just buy another $1200 fridge! THAN WE CALLED GENERAL APPLIANCE CO> LLC AND A LADY NAMED HEATHER WENT OUT OF HER WAY AND CALLED LOWES FOR US!!! TWO HOURS LATER SHE CALLED US BACK AND SHE GOT LOWES TO HONOR OUR WARENTY AND REPLACE THE REFRIDGERATOR!!! i would recomend this buisness to any one who needs assistance with appliances ect.
