It took him a while to finally complete the repairs on the dishwasher, but they did come through in the end. The company lacks communication skills and doesn’t know how to make phone calls to confirm appointments on the day of the appointment that would be a nice feature. However, we had an issue with the wrong part being delivered, and they did rectify the issue relatively quickly.
We always have used them and we always nothing but an amazing experience! Always nice and well mannered! I wouldn’t suggest anyone else ever! They are always on time and get the job done and make you feel like family. Even the young man that came it was yes ma’am, no ma’am. Manners mean a lot to me and they’ve always treated my home with the utmost respect ❤️❤️
