I had a great experience with Dale Sims Inc. Logan went above and beyond, taking extra time to figure out why my system kept freezing up. Not only did he solve that issue, but he also fixed a loud humming noise I’d been hearing when turning on the heat.

It turned out to be a buildup of dog hair, and once that was cleared out, everything ran smoothly again. I really appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.
