I was denied service after waiting 30 mins, I gave a second chance and went back i had to wait 20 mins, a nail tech by the name of Kim that seats the second deck shook her head no at me bc she can not do French tip arch and she denied to do my nails because I complained that a male nail tech left bubbles in my French set a time before. Why have a customer wait longer than 20 minutes if you don't have open slots for walk-ins. Customer needs to know beforehand for definite service if there are waiting. Not to be waiting 20 minutes and then told that are booked for the day.
My man and I had a pedicure today. Kristina and Sarah took good care of us! Very entertaining and capable women. Will be back just because those two were such a treat! Thanks ladies.
Great services, highly recommend me and my friend went. We got are nails done the day before my birthday. Faith did my nails, she did a excellent job. I loved how sweet everyone was, my friend she enjoyed it and she liked how nice the lady was that did her nails to. Me and my friend will definitely be back.
