HAL WAS A GOD SEND FOR ME!I reached out (as a brand new customer) to see if he would be able to help fix an extremely bad (home) hair coloring job, which left my hair over processed with a color that was horrific.And thankfully the salon was able to work me in, within a couple of days.When I arrived Hal reassured me I was in good hands & was confident I would leave his salon happy with the results. Hubby use to get his beard done here(? he doesn't have it long anymore) I do take my 14 year old son here and the guys are great love the first come first serve barber shop feel of the place. They are fast and do a wonderful job.

They were here the next day and gave me an estimate for a furnace and air conditioner. The estimate was reasonable and they started working the next day. All employees were polite, thorough, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Haynes!!

Dave, from Professional Appliance Repair, is a blessing!!!! He came out and fixed my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes. Then he turned around and fixed my fridge, that took 1 hour. My fridge was old and the defrost drain was iced through so bad that hot water and 100 pound air pressure blower couldn't unclog the ice mass. I was advised if the blockage couldn't be removed, I would have to leave my fridge off and opened to defrost it. I even pulled up a mini deep freezer on Homedepo website for $200. Miraculously, with Dave persistently attempting to unclog it with hot water and air pressure, the defrost drain unclogged! Dave was just as excited to unclog the defrost drain as I was. It was like he was working on his own fridge. Dave is truly passionate about his work and it shows with his dedication and perseverance in the face of adversity and hardship. That clogged defrost drain was nothing like anything he had ever encountered yet instead of throwing up his hands in defeat and taking the easy way out (leaving the fridge off and open for a few days) he got down and dirty and accomplished his goal. Dave is a prime example of a hardworking man and is an essential asset to the field.

My previous stylist closed her shop in Rome, so I decided to go to Hairousel since it's close to where I live. It's across from Kroger, so it's convenient since I'm at Kroger often. My stylist is Regina and she's so friendly! About a week before I went, I decided to trim some split ends off. I honestly don't know what I was thinking, but I screwed it up!? Regina did a great job evening out what I did & I now have a hairstyle again! I promised her that I'll leave my hair alone & let her handle it! Oh, Regina works quick too. It only took a little over 30 minutes! I'm very satisfied & highly recommend them!

Never have used Polk Veterinarian and I needed my female dog Honey spayed, I called and asked several questions about the process and cost. I had all questions answered in depth and set an appointment. The front desk attendant was nothing short of amazing. I'm disabled so she gave me a window period to accommodate my family's work schedule. She came from behind the desk and sat down with us, to gain Honey's trust eventhough she was making a low growl. I was encouraged to call whenever I felt to check on on her, I was also informed that I could let her stay an extra day to make things easier for me. and my family. I was felt very at ease and was pleased with everything that was done to care for her and she also received her rabies shot and was treated for fleas and ticks.I inquired on treatment for my other dogs and was given the cost for them as well. I will definitely continue to be a customer of theirs.
