I've never had a permanent color in my hair before but once she got my hair to a healthy state she suggested coloring my hair and I had no clue about what color or the process of getting my hair colored. She explained the process in detail and I trusted her to decide on the color. She mixed me my own special color and recorded it under my personal profile for future references.
