The ladies at the Cartersville office should be recognized as having exemplary customer service skills! They were very personable all the while being extremely professional! As they were completing my needs from 5 hours away and with all of my technical difficulties, they were very patient and helpful! At the end of the day I would say if anyone is in need of a personal loan, this is definitely the place to call!

My experience with world finance has been superb. The girls are the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. This is my 2nd time using them and have been great. I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

A friend highly recommended this place when I was struggling to get by earlier this year even though I didn't think I could get approved with what was left of my credit. (looong story)?I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest ladies! Mckenzie was so very understanding of my situation, I didn't feel judged at all! She explained what they do there in a way I could understand and kept me on page through the process. I was so surprised at how quick it was!I got approved! Victoriya also did a wonderful job with my taxes this year! I will definitely continue to go back to build my credit and get my taxes done in the future!!
