Tidwell always provides great customer service from the time of requesting a quote to making a service date. Once my appointment was scheduled, the technician called thirty minutes prior to their arrival time to ensure I was available to complete the job. The technician provided the upmost professional and friendly service. The job was completed, inspected and ground repacked. Thanks.

Wonderful septic tank pumping service. The two technicians arrived exactly at their appointed time to pump out our 1000 gallon tank that hadn't been pumped in about five years. They were highly professional and spent a lot of time making sure they pumped everything out in both sides of the tank. They pulled and cleaned the filter, too. The price was exactly as quoted by phone with no hidden or additional fees. I have had our tank pumped a couple times in the past and there is no comparison to Tidwell Plumbing's service and expertise.
