Dr. Gusching did lipo 360 and a breast augmentation for me, and the entire process start to finish was a 10/10!! Him and his team were so informative and helpful during my pre op, answered all the late night texts for the first few days post op, and even the follow up appointments. I live 4.5 hours away from Cartersville and they still have worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much Reflections Medical Spa!!

The 1st thing I noticed about this office was the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They are speaking to you as you are walking through the door EVERY TIME! Always smiling. Customer service is their business and they EXCEL at it.
Wendy… words really can’t do her justice. She is AMAZING in every sense of the word and helps you navigate through all processes of cosmetic surgery from explanations, the financial aspect and booking, sometimes creating a time for you when a deadline comes into play. She listens intently to all your questions and concerns and always gets back with you promptly. Again customer service is unmatched.

I cannot say enough great things about Reflections Medical Spa! I’ve had surgery, injections, and facials here, and every single experience has been amazing.
