Our A/C went out 2 hours ago....on a Friday night.
We are a PMA customer, it is already back up and running.
Dylan, the tech that came to the house is friendly, well-spoken, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
He found that problem in less than 5 minutes, had the part on his truck, and, as I said, had it back up and running within 2 hours of my initial call.
I didn't think stuff like that happened anymore.
I can't speak highly enough of Dylan and this company.
Also, this isn't the first time they've saved us in the heat of summer.
