“Rapid Restoration does amazing work. I had a different restoration company come to my house and provide a quote to fix the damage from a water leak I had. I then had Rapid Restoration come out and give a second opinion. Tracy came to my house and went over in detail all the things missing in the other companies estimate. Tracy was able to get me the max amount of items covered that my insurance company would allow. When the insurance company came back and said they wouldn't cover certain things, Tracy was able to justify why it was needed. They started the work within a week of the estimate being approved by my insurance company. Justin was the PM from rapid restoration and he was very responsive. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and came to my house multiple times to ensure the work was getting done. I had to go out of town for 10 days and he ensured the work was complete by the time I got back. Greg was my contractor and he did an awesome job. I can't say enough good things about Rapid Restoration and their professionalism. I know who I am calling if I have ever have an issue with my house again.“
