We had water damage from a leak in our roof which destroyed our engineered wood flooring in our hallway. Cartersville Flooring Center installed our floors 6 years ago when the house was built. All I had to do was give them the plot # and Jessi took care of everything for us. We cannot see a difference in the flooring in our hallway. We also had carpet in our 2 guest rooms removed and placed with the same flooring. The installation today was very easy. The crew did great installing and cleaning afterwards. If I could give them a 20 ⭐️ review I would.

We had our basement carpet pulled out and replaced with vinyl. The team was punctual, they worked hard and long hours keeping the work area clean and removing unwanted carpet. The job was done with excellence and professionalism. Can’t express how delighted we are with our new floor. Highly recommended!

They were recommended to me by my neighbor. I worked with Lee Ann and Jessi. They were both knowledge and friendly. Very accommodating and fast. From first visit to the shop to getting measured and then install in about 2 weeks. Installers were at my house exactly when they said they would be. Started by opening the flooring boxes and confirming with me the product was correct. Then got right to work. Very professional. Floors look great and the prices were reasonable. Will be calling them again.
