The folks who answer the phone at 1st Choice, and the two plumbers, Cameron and Xavier, who were sent to our home after flooding damage to our water heater was caused by Hurricane Helene the day before, were absolutely great. I mean "GREAT"! Cameron has earned the highest level of licensing possible as a plumber, and so his expertise and experience are like a superpower. The whole 1st Choice team clearly cares about their customers. They want to solve problems and they want to be as fair as possible with the costs. I couldn't be more grateful for their service.

Excellent service! Fixed my issue and showed me ways to avoid it in the future. A plumber who had seen the issue prior had told me I needed to take down my ceiling downstairs to fix this pipe. That was not the case! So happy I had a second opinion with 1st Choice Plumbing!

The plumber was very thorough and saved us a lot of money by figuring out how to do our drain hook up without a pump. He also realized that our hot water tank was over 22 years old and said I was on borrowed time. He ended up replacing the hot water tank, as well. I am grateful not to have that stress of a middle of the night hot water tank blowout!
