My mom was there for a little over a month for rehab after a fall. She improved physically and socially while she was there. I visited often and the facility was always clean and friendly staff.

Terrilyn is the best. She's professional, friendly, and does EXCELLENT work. She is honest, has the sweetest heart, and the quality of customer service she provides is above and beyond. My most recent appointment was on July 4th. She was not working that day, but the app had not blocked the date out as a holiday. Even though it was a mistake, and she was travelling out of town that day, Terrilyn STILL honored the appointment and did my hair. I know it had to have set her plans back significantly--but she never once complained or even mentioned it. And she still took her time and gave me the same top-quality style and service that she would have if she had nowhere to be. I had her do lemonade braids with some individuals on the side, and a specific design for the feed-ins. They were absolutely gorgeous and a month later, they still held up! I have had people stopping me all month just to tell my hair was "beautiful." Not just that they liked my hair...or that it looked nice...over and over people were literally telling me, "Your hair is beautiful." Terrilyn's feed-ins are so precise--she doesn't do sloppy work or leave you looking "good enough." She pays attention to every detail, and it truly is her heart's desire that you love what's she's done. Her rates are very reasonable, and she washes and blows out your hair as a part of the service which makes preparing for the appointment so much easier. She also includes the hair for most styles, and she blends the colors expertly to match my salt and pepper hair. Terrilyn also takes good care of my natural hair. It's so hard for me to trust anyone with it, and she's the only one I will go to for my trims. She even takes a picture of the back of my hair before and then again after to show me exactly how much she took off. All the way around, I just can't say enough about Terrilynn. I love the time I get to spend with her when she is doing my hair and I'm so happy my son told me about her. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I went to Thairapy for the first time today and MaLaney is amazing!! She’s adorable and was so gentle… when she washes your hair, I promise you’ll fall asleep! I know I almost did!! I love my cut/style and the color was spot on. My eyebrow wax wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected, either!!

I have used Tina a handful of times recently for the girls in my family and we have all been very satisfied with the whole service. The shampooing is relaxing; hair and scalp feel clean. I've been here just a couple of times, but every time i come it has been a great experience! This time around, I brought my 5 year old son in for a haircut and saw Candice. She was amazing! She was patient when he felt wiggly, and took her time doing his cut to figure out what his hair needed (it grows funny). And as a busy mom, i really love that i don't feel like I HAVE to schedule in advance if i just haven't had the time, i can just bring him in when I suddenly realized he badly needs a haircut! I’m out of touch. I haven’t actually went into a nail salon to have my nails nor my toes done since Covid .. I’ve been doing it at home. Saves a lot! I had a last-minute trip I had to go on. I decided just to go in and get a gel nail polish on my toes that right there was just 30 bucks. I didn’t get my feet soaked/scrubbed , no massage I didn’t even have nail polish on my toes. I already prep my toes at home because that’s what i already did , this was so last minute! Helen has done my manicures in the past and does a great job

Sandy, Pearl, and Maci are all talented, I’ve had my nails done by all of them. Sandy usually does my nails and she always takes her time and never rushes her work. Her nail prep and artwork is perfect. She can recreate any photo I show her. They are all so nice and they create genuine bonds with their clients. I refuse to go anywhere else!

After moving to Cartersville, I was looking for a new nail salon in the area. After trying a few that I did not have the best experience at, I went to Main Street nails. I got an amazing pedicure and the owner fixed my nails for me that were done at a different salon for no charge. I have been going there ever since then. Shout out to my favorite nail tech Yaz!!
Been here a few times since I moved to GA. Place is clean. Staff is friendly. Have had nails, pedicure and waxing done. I have asked about pink and whites they say they do them but then when I try to get them they say no and try to push the painted on French which is not the same and not what I want. Excellent job on waxing. Pedicure was ok, the person I had was a little rough. The roller thing they use on feet felt great.

So I decided to visit easy nails again I quit going for a few years because I had some bad experiences with coming in and just being ignored and not greeted etc for more then a few minutes. But I went today and Tommy mentioned all the changes and improvements they've done. And I got to say I'm very happy I went today it's a very nice friendly family type vibe which I absolutely love and Tommy was so excellent and professional I had great conversation. He did amazing on my nails.

I have been seeing Merideth for 10 years ( ish) for cut and color .First visit was because I recieved a 1980s frost job ( not that there is anything wrong with that, just not for me) by another Salon. Got an amino acid treatment done and I am loving it. My hair is manageable and I didn't have to use a bunch of chemicals.. Sharon is amazing. So kind and personable. A true full service hair stylist. She's also done several of my sew ins and I'm always so satisfied.
Requested style: I had a relaxer at one point but stopped getting them during pregnancy. After having my baby I told Sharon I wanted to help me manage my hair. She suggested an amino acid treatment. It is a smoothing treatment. The overall process did not take long. She applied a foam and then let it process, washed and conditioned me then blew my hair out and flat ironed it.

What can I say?
Simply The Best !!
We had a difficult project for our property. We had severe flooding and drainage issues. There is a steep hill on the property that is very difficult to reach with equipment and adjustments to the property affects the neighbors which makes the situation even more complicated.
You have to understand, as a new homeowner I know nothing about such things. I called Billy first since his business was local. He was very honest with me and said the situation is complex. He walked me through the next steps I should take including obtaining the plat and engineering plans from the county, discussing with an attorney, landscape engineer, our HOA, and the city/county about the situation to see if a broad, multi-property stormwater drainage solution is required. All of this was way over my head but thankfully Billy walked me through it and provided me with contacts to call for more information. All of this time and advice without charging me a nickel.
During this time I spoke with a lot of landscapers, landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and others. I got lots of quotes, plans, ideas, engineering drawings, and more things I will not pretend to understand. Through all of that Billy stood out as the most transparent and pragmatic person who genuinely just wanted to help us get our problems sorted out, even if it didn't end up giving him any business.
So after about a year of chasing all that down, once it became clear what needs to be done with the property, I immediately contacted Billy to do the job. He came out to the property again. We came up with a plan together. He sent me a quote. And within a couple of months, the project was done. The quote was extremely transparent and there were no additional or unexpected costs. His team did a wonderful job and were extremely professional.
There are some other reviews that criticize Billy for delays or punctuality. I did have to contact him or Nancy a few times to get things moving. But usually delays were because of logistical issues (rain, issues with banking/payment systems, etc), and they were always quick to get back to me and keep me updated on the progress.
If you want an honest no-BS landscaping company who you can trust to give you good advice, not rip you off, and do professional work then give Billy a call.
They did a great job on cutting out some shrubs, spreading pine straw, and cleaning up as well as basic grass cutting.

Outstanding Care When I Needed It Most I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sky and his team! When I was experiencing severe tooth pain, the ladies in the office went above and beyond to help me, even though Dr. Sky wasn’t in the office at the time. They immediately took x-rays and made sure he saw them right away. I was prescribed the medication I needed without delay, which made such a difference. They scheduled a follow-up for me that Monday so Dr. Sky could examine my tooth in person. By then, the prescription had done its job beautifully, and he determined my tooth didn’t need any additional treatment. I was so relieved! What really impressed me was the continued care - when I came back recently for a routine cleaning, Dr. Sky made a point to check on my tooth again. It’s rare to find a dental practice where everyone genuinely cares about their patients. The entire staff is incredibly sweet and professional. They truly made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I feel fortunate to have found such a caring dental home. Highly recommend!

I hate going to the dentist and consider myself a very fearful patient. I also have a background in dental, which can make me a bit of a difficult patient at times. Blair took the time to check in with me, explain everything that was happening, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. She was never judgmental and was incredibly patient and thorough. She is, without a doubt, the best hygienist I’ve ever seen. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and supportive. I really appreciated that there was zero pushy selling—just a genuine concern for my dental health and comfort. The facility itself is clean, modern, and equipped with up-to-date technology. Dental assistant Tammy is a wonderful person! I went in with some major pain seeking an extraction. Not only did Tammy help me to relax, but her and Dr. Cotton both were so incredibly patient with me as the anesthetics weren’t fully working at first. Tammy and Dr Cotton each took the time that was necessary to make sure I was comfortable and cared for.
As someone who generally hates dentists office, these two deserve to be commended for their extra efforts! I will finally be able to sleep well tonight for the first night in several days. Can’t say enough good things about the experience I had today, and I just again want to say thank you Tammy, and thanks to Dr Cotton as well!!

We moved to Cartersville from Canton five years ago. Since then, we have been to one dentist here and had the worst experience, so we went back to our old dentist in Canton; that is, until my son knocked one of his adult teeth clean out while playing outside back in May. This happened on a Thursday afternoon.
While our Canton dentist told us it wasn’t an emergency and to wait until Monday to come in, we were told this was quite literally an emergency and started calling around to other dentists in our area out of desperation.
My husband called Mockingbird just a few minutes before they closed and with zero hesitation, they stayed open to rush us in and our son taken care of. They were so good and gentle with him and got him all fixed up and were so gracious with us financially that it made my non emotional husband tear up.
We are so thankful for Dr. Stephens and his team at Mockingbird. And it’s so nice to finally have found a dentistry close to home that we can trust.
Dr.sales and his assistant are very nice and good people, really professional I’ve been going to this establishment for years and my only go to place when I need dental work done, they even offer an in house plan for people like me who can’t really afford insurance, definitely worth looking into. These people are the greatest group of people that I have ever met. They have helped my mobility and sciatica beyond belief. I was looking at surgery, and now I am back to doing my everyday tasks without worrying about how I'll feel afterward. I never thought a group of people could make such an impact on my health without gouging my wallet and / or having to have surgery. Add to that not stringing me out on unneeded drugs for years to come. I can not thank them enough..... truly, they have given me a gift of being able to get back to life doing things I need to and like..... and just having fun again.

I cannot express the depth of my gratitude to Cartersville Animal Hospital for the extraordinary care they provided to my dog, Bambino, during the most horrific moment of our lives. We were attacked by two unleashed pit bulls in Cartersville, and Bambino was gravely injured.
He underwent three major surgeries and was truly fighting for his life.
From the moment we arrived, the entire staff showed compassion, urgency, and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained every procedure in detail, and treated Bambino as if he were their own. In one of the most brutal and emotionally devastating moments l've ever experienced, they gave me hope and comfort when I desperately needed it.
