This company is five stars, they work hard to get your needs fixed. They know what they are doing and you can tell they have seen it all. It's great to have an honest company like Southside Plumbing Co.

They were on time, polite and so far the job seems solid. As the price, I felt it was somewhat high. Yet, I have not used a plumber in years. 2018 and at that time my ground had to be dug up and cost 2.5 x less. This time it was two exposed 6 inch long pipes. Oh well. Maybe it's the going rate for today. The quality seems on point.

Glen came to our house and wrote up an initial free estimate two days early at the end of his business day for which we were grateful considering an associated time constraint. The job consisted of replacing the entire sewer line running around the house to the city tap at the road. This was a very extensive job given the length of run, proximity to two enormous oak trees (within 15 ft) and the age of the house/sewer (1948). He beat two other companies in price by alot which was initially alarming due to the complexity. He spent all day battling roots, antiquated sewage design and the sheer depth of the trench needed for such a long run. We had good flow the first day...read full review
