I had a really good experience with Addison Smith. Miguel c. was the technician who came out, and he was great to work with. He showed up on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. Outside heating unit started going wonkers 6:30 a.m. right in the midst of a historical ice-storm. Sounded like a loud portable generator running off fumes in the back of my home. Called multiple HVAC companies and Addison Smith was the one whom honored their 24hr emergency response. McKinley (technician) came out and inspected the ENTIRE unit and discovered that my electrical heat pump outside unit was freezing up and needed coolant asap.
