Just wanted to be sure and let you guys know what a great couple of guys you have working for you! I had a leak in my main water line to the house and I first met with Isaac to determine exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately it was decided that I needed to replace the main line from the street to the house. We had issues with the location of the sewer line with respect to our initial plans to dig and then bore under the driveway and plans changed that made it necessary to use a directional borer. Shawn came out this morning on an early-morning emergency call regarding our basement sewer pump, which was overflowing and about to flood the basement. He arrived on-site within about 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, and provided helpful advice on how to prevent similar situations in the future.
