I am a brand new patient. Dr. Jennifer is my dentist.I cannot believe how thorough they are but so fun and laid back at the same time. I told them today "Who do you know that gets excited to go to their dentist"? I love my team that is under Dr. Jen. Shout out to Cherokee Connect for helping me choose this practice.
I had an implant done it was explained to me in detail and all questions answered. The cost was broken down over seven months and never changed. Some of the nicest professionals I have met I will go back again.
I had my first appointment today. I have a bit of a complicated medical history that impacts my dental care, and I’m also very anxious about treatment. They were amazing! They came up with a plan to move forward toward treatment and worked with my specialist to follow the recommended protocol for care. Dr. John Phelps was kind and compassionate, as well as thorough, and the staff could not have been kinder. Very impressed so far!
