Great job. After no ac during hottest weekend this summer so far they came out and got us temporarily running while the unit gets replaced in a couple days. John Lewis was very helpful in showing me everything that was broken or about to be broke. No pressure to buy but it was needed.
Solid 5 stars for Russell Heating and Air! Technician John Lewis spent so much time troubleshooting our system and then helping us pick out our new equipment. John then made a mini repair to our broken system just to keep us comfortable until our installation. John and the crew at Russell have been working on the systems in this house for years
through several different owners and they will continue to be our go to guys for heating and air.
Brian Perkowski amazing!!!!! Brian and the other gentleman did a fantastic job. Absolutely stayed til it was job correctly. They are qualified and reasonably priced. He explained in detail what filters to use, metal side down, and to make sure to change more often. Honest as they come. Great company to work with.
