Since good customer service is a rarity, EXCELLENT customer service is almost nonexistent. When it occurs, we must acknowledge and applaud it. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing it from Miles Lathem and his crew from Ridgeline Roofing and Construction. Miles explained & carried out everything exactly as advised. I had a new roof in ONE day & you’d never know anything was done as the cleanup was spot on. The roof looks outstanding! I would use this company again in a heartbeat & I highly recommend them!

We noticed a few homes in our neighborhood getting new roofs, we contacted Ridgeline for a roof inspection. Upon their visit they found wind damage and missing shingles. They helped us file a claim with our insurance company, came out and the adjuster. Roof was approved. They had materials and a crew out very quick. Had protection down in the driveway for the dumpster. Old roof off, new roof on in a day. Next day dumpster was removed. Crew did an amazing job, roof looks great, left property spotless, and the entire Ridgeline team made the process very smooth.Thank you all!!!
