Tyler and Tim came to inspect and service my septic system. I called Rays and these two showed up within a couple of hours. They dug up, inspected, and pumped my tank. Both were very professional and come highly recommended.
We had the team of Kyle and Kody come out to our house to do a pump out. Are system was definitely more challenging. We even had another company refuse to do the work. But Kyle and Kody were up to the task and did amazing work while explaining everything!We are only going to use rays and will recommend them to everyone we know.
Tyler and Tim were fantastic! Very communicative before and during our service. After getting the tank lid off, they told me I didn't need the septic pumped because we didn't have enough sludge to remove. I like honest people, so I will be working with them again. A bonus was their thoughtfulness when it came to our grass.
