I would HIGHLY recommend Patriot Towing!Our new vehicle's starter went out in the middle of a busy intersection on Buford Dam Road about a week ago. I requested Roadside Assistance thru GEICO, and they dispatched Heather with Patriot Towing to come help me.She was on time, asked me to jump in the tow truck, and she pulled right out in the busy intersection to stop traffic and quickly moved our SUV from the road. Not only that, she towed our vehicle down a steep road and even backed it down our steep driveway! Had one heckuva day today. My car broke down in a shopping center parking lot and would not start. After calling AAA, and waiting two hours for a tow truck or a jump, I called to follow up and see where the driver was. It appeared at that point That the AAA program had canceled my call for help. No one knows why. So we resubmitted the call and inform them that we needed a tow truck not a jump as it appears as though my battery was fine, it was the starter that was not working long story short.
