Friday night, I noticed that our basement toilet was not flushing and the sewer pump was not kicking on. After doing a little investigating, I suspected that our sewer pump had finally failed.
I got on Google Maps and found On Point Plumbing. I called Brian and explained what was happening. He told me this was absolutely something he could address and, to my surprise, offered to come out the very next morning at 8:30 a.m.

Brian and On Point Plumbing are outstanding. We originally hired Brian for a small job at our house, then a much larger job at my mother’s home, and another difficult plumbing job at a recently purchased older property. Very professional, reasonably priced, and does a great job! I highly recommend this company.
AMAZING! Sunday morning unknown source water leak resulted in buckling of hardwood floors. Brian from On Point Plumbing called me back within 5 minutes after my call. He arrived here within one hour. Three hours of investigation and repair solved the water leak. Now we await the Disaster Recovery Contractor.
