I am so impressed and grateful to have been referred to On Point Plumbing!! Brian was so professional and helpful. He went above and beyond. Once he fixed the main issue, he noticed a couple other smaller issues that needed to be addressed and fixed them at no extra cost. And then to top everything off, he cleaned the toilet bowl! Friday night, I noticed that our basement toilet was not flushing and the sewer pump was not kicking on. After doing a little investigating, I suspected that our sewer pump had finally failed.
I got on Google Maps and found On Point Plumbing. I called Brian and explained what was happening. He told me this was absolutely something he could address and, to my surprise, offered to come out the very next morning at 8:30 a.m.

We originally hired Brian for a small job at our house, then a much larger job at my mother’s home, and another difficult plumbing job at a recently purchased older property.
