Dr. Kessler is a gentle, kind, and understanding doctor who takes the time to talk to his patients, explain their situations, and listen to their concerns. He is professional, caring, and never rushes his patients, making them feel valued and heard. With his exceptional bedside manner, he is highly recommended and worth waiting for.
Dr. Kessler is an awesome doctor with the best bedside manner I have ever witnessed from any doctor. Plan on spending a couple of hours in the office as he takes his time with each patient. I would recommend first appointment in the mornings to avoid long delays.
He treated me for 8 months after Cherokee North Side gave me a bad infection in the OR during a major surgery.
He is an excellent doctor. He goes over everything with you. Doesn't feel like you're being rushed. He's a really nice guy. Very calming problem is you don't get in right away. I was there just recently. My appointment was I got there at 10:00. My appointment was at 10:20 didn't get back into a room until 12:20 20. They will sit there and tell you. Oh I'm sorry for the wait. You know he's just got back from vacation..... But yeah they need to not schedule so many people if they don't can't get them on their appointment time. I had to go to several physicians to finally find out about Dr. Kessler. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me overcome a long term infection and also surprised me with primary care that I needed. Highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you, Dr. Kessler.
