We’re very happy with our experience with IHI Home Inspections. The inspection was coordinated through our realtor, and even though we didn’t meet in person, David and his team handled everything perfectly. The report was detailed, clear, and included helpful pictures and explanations about what needed to be repaired or replaced. This made the whole process easy because you don’t even need to be there — they cover it all. Highly recommended!

David was incredibly thorough. We had gone through a few different inspection companies and IHI, was leagues above the rest. He was on the property for atleast 5 hours, took note of all the large issues, and captured photos of all the small details around the property. The report for our space was 92 pages!!! Absolutely would use his services again!
