I thoroughly enjoy the special events. I attended a shamanic journeying class and hike. Both events were well planned, inclusive and so meaningful. I received a deep healing from the journeying and loved connecting with others on the hike. Highly recommend!!
I have only taken a few classes but have gotten some great benefits so far. My flexibility has improved and great stress relief. The instructors do a great job and very patient and helpful.
Katie was absolutely wonderful for the Mindfulness, Movement and Meditation for teens. This series is greatly needed to help our children develop the tools to center themselves and create beautiful manifestations in their lives. My teen son and pre-teen son loved it!!!
