I contacted Craig and his team for a home "disaster " that a contractor kept me waiting with no communication. Craig's team has been professional, great with communication, I even asked him to help me with a dryer vent issue I encountered and he made time for it and figured it out for me. Although I'm still waiting on the final outcome of my big project, his team has proven they're professional and deliver quality workmanship. I can not yet speak to their work as I’ve only had them come out and give me an estimate for a project so far. (I will update my review when I know more.) But the call back was very quick. Craig came out and walked the project and was highly communicative about his arrival time. He was professional and polite.
