BulletROOF replaced our roof 4 years ago and did an excellent job! Last week I noticed about a 4 foot section above a gutter with the underlayment exposed. I left a message at BulletROOF and Ryan Walton came out and inspected the area which looked like a few loose bottom shingles. Ryan fixed the problem the next week (in between rain storms!). Not only did Clayton Danner give me confidence he could get the insurance approved, he walked me through every part of it: he was on site (ON TIME, EVERY TIME) and worked with the insurance adjuster to get the amount for a full roof repair and the had it scheduled with perfect timing alongside other repairs I planned. When the crew showed up, their Production Manager Mike stated insurance would pay for new decking per code. They stopped laying shingles down and ensured the new decking was put down.
