Green Heating & Cooling checks my home's H&A systems semi-annually. They phone ahead with a date/time. As the rep heads to my address, he texts ahead of time with the estimated time of arrival. The info also includes a photo of who the service rep is which is very helpful. All questions are answered politely and visually explained if needed. I appreciate their service.
