I was not impressed with this pediatric office. The doctor was great and the front desk lady also. Everything else was horrible. The techs are not friendly at all especially to the children. They were all on their phones at the desk. Our tech had an AirPod in her ear while doing vitals with my child. There was no kid friendly pictures on the walls. There wasn’t any pictures matter of fact. In the waiting room there were 5-6 chairs only. Some families came with 5 people leaving everyone else to stand around. It did not feel like a pediatric office. It felt more like a city health clinic to us. We will not be back.

I was not very impressed during my first visit to this practice, and receiving a bill more than 9 months later after my annual check-up has only reinforced my decision not to return. The way they operate seems quite unprofessional to me.

I’ve been going to GHMS for years now! Maybe like 7 + years. Today I made my regular appointment for my physical. The lady that called me back to confirm my appointment was so rude & told me some of health concerns I have could not be looked at during my physical. I don’t think she knows what a physical is. It’s meant to assess my overall health & the fact that she told me it couldn’t be assessed at my physical appointment really upset me because she didn’t even seem to ask anybody to make sure that’s accurate.
