Working with another HVAC Company, they wanted to charge me an exorbitant price or better yet, buy a new unit. This went on for 10 days in 90+ heat. I finally had enough. Saw a Fritts HVAC truck in the neighborhood. I then called Fritts and the owner after hearing my story, personally came out verified what the issue was, went and retrieved the necessary parts and installed them. He Came, and 3 hours later it was cooling in my hours. It is still working even now (knock on wood). This company was professional, reasonably priced, helpful, cheerful and generally helpful. I have always had an amazing experience with Fritts Heating & Air. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting the job done right. They are quick to respond, arrived on time, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. My dampers were possibly going out but they never tried to make me replace instantly because they had life left.
I really appreciate their attention to detail and how they made sure to leave everything clean and tidy.
