This company is lovely. Gene comes out quarterly like a silent ninja and treats the house. He's always so nice and has made suggestions on things to do outside the home to help with keeping out the pest. If he judges the clutter in some rooms, we would never know because he's always polite and professional...lol. My pest problem has decreased an infinite amount in comparison to the home treatment we were trying to do ourselves.
All of the staff here are really kind, patient, and non judgmental. My tech, Hal, was in and out and I haven’t seen any more critters. Their pricing is beyond reasonable. Unlike other companies who wanted to treat my entire home for 2k or more when it was a one room problem, 120 pest recognized that and charged me accordingly. I highly recommend!
