I was hesitant to use the ER after seeing some of the reviews but absolutely could not wait. I had to go to one so I decided to give this one a chance, especially after seeing how much worse the reviews are for ALL the others in the surrounding areas. I was shocked at several things.
1. The kindness I was met with surpassed my expectations.
2. It was clean and cold. Cold is not fun but NEEDED to keep the germs down. They breed in warm, moist environments. I took a blanket that I could easily wash and used it the whole time.

Where do I freaking begin? Natasha in respiratory, Nurse Jessica, Nurse Linda, Dr. L, and SO MANY MORE. There are no words for how EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED, treated me like I was a human being and not just a number or a dollar sign. My care was unbelievable!!!! Not only that, but their teamwork was out of this world. My stay was beyond phenomenal. I will never forget all the people I met. Thank you for all you did for me during my stay.
6 stars for nurses in triage. But NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR while having numerological issues. Diagnosed me with acute viral symptoms. Fortunately I’m in public health and am aware of risks with my infusion medications! When nurses apologize for doctors, it says a lot to me.
So doctor is a 0. Steroid pack seemed like a bandaid. Will consult nurse again.
