Ac went out last night, called Zone this morning and they were able to come out today and get the unit up and going. The Technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for Chris for my system maintenance. Highly recommend Zone for all HVAC needs

I initially called because I believed there was an issue with my HVAC dampers. The technician assured me the dampers were functioning properly and instead recommended repairs. After another HVAC company later diagnosed the dampers as the actual issue, I was frustrated that my original concern had been missed.
