I replaced my heating system through Zone Heating & Air and I am very satisfied. The technicians were kind and worked incredibly hard without taking a break. Even though I asked questions so many times that it might have been annoying, they kindly listened to everything and answered my questions. They also did a very thorough job, installing everything perfectly, right down to the finishing touches. They started on time and worked past their scheduled end time to complete the job. I had a stellar experience with Zone and our technician Song. He’s extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and conscientious. He explained everything clearly, showed me screenshots so I could understand what he was talking about, and helped me to make wise decisions. I don’t think you can do better than Zone! I’ll be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward.
