I love working with Sure Think Inspections. They are my go to for all of my houses. For this house, Stewart was the inspector. He was on time, super nice and friendly, very professional, explained eveything to me before starting, was extremely thorough during the inspection, walked through everything when my clients arrived, answered all of their questions, explained away all of their concerns and had the report back to us the same day.

In my search for a home, I had the opportunity to use Sure Thing Home Inspection 3 different times. Each time I had Stewart for my inspector and I wanted to say how much I appreciated the time and effort he put into each inspection. He was willing to allow my dad on the property for each inspection, and when I was able to arrive, was willing to take the time to explain things he’d already noticed. With Stewart each time, it started to feel like he was rooting for me to find my home too! If I go through this process again (hopefully not for some time though), I’ll be using Sure Thing again!
