We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and received quality service. They came out next day after setting up the service as well. The carpet went from super discolored and dirty to almost as new. Would definitely use again. A+++
Curt was pleasant to work with, carpet is still wet, so once dry I will be able to tell if the pet odor is fully gone.
