My 10yr old mini split system had to be replaced. Jeff did an outstanding job installing and completing the work. He made sure I knew how to operate the remote. They also worked on my air unit last yr as the outside drain tube would freeze and ac didn't work. The drain tube was re-routed inside so no more freezing. I'm going to sign up for a maintenance agreement for my 3 units. Very satisfied with the service Jeff provided. A honest and professional company. I highly recommend Pruitt heat & air and will use them again. Thank you! You're the best!!

My ac suddenly quit cooling in the middle of this heat wave. I called Pruitt. They sent a tech less than a day later. The tech came on time, called me with the diagnosis and fixed it for about a fifth of the amount I was expecting. The reception/scheduler was excellent. The tech had great customer service skills and, obviously, knew his stuff. BTW, I was not present when he called me with the diagnosis, so he could have told me anything. Instead, he was honest and highly competent.
