Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care in Buford provides patient-centered care for all patients older than 6 months. The walk-in clinics accept most insurance plans and are open 7 days a week, including holidays, for same-day and after-hours needs. Patients have had amazing experiences at this urgent care. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, and the staff is polite and accommodating. The front office and staff have been great. Patients are seen in a timely manner and can join the waiting list online. The nurses were friendly and not rushed. Providers, including Dr. Patel, listen to patients' concerns, thoroughly explain treatments, and solve issues. The doctors are curious, heartfelt, and eager to help, making patients feel cared for. The team is doing the good work doctors are supposed to. This urgent care facility is highly recommended and is a preferred urgent care for many families.
I have been using this facility for three years now and never had a problem. Staff has always been kind, professional and very caring. I use all northeast Georgia Physicians Group doctors and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am a very sick person and when I started going to them it was a God send I had endometrial cancer, blood clots in my lungs, lupus, fibromyalgia, gallbladder issues, both knees bone on bone, right ankle bone on bone, on top of a few more health issues. I am cancer free no more blood clots or aneurysm, got all my medications straight and working on everything else. I have been very blessed to have NGPG as my medical facility.
My husband (GENO) went here today of all days after the snow day yesterday. This place was awesome, clean, new, friendly, efficient. Professional but nice. His RN Lisa Legg was fantastik. Checked him over from head to toe, concerned for his symptoms. Swabbed him for everything. Spoke to him like a friend not a number. Lisa was 5 STAR.Then Chelsea the PA came in examined him. Diagnosed him, ordered meds and told him what to expect. Chelsea was just as good as Lisa. Two diamonds in the rough on a snow day!!! I got very lucky!

I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the nurses! However, the front desk wasn’t great. I made an appointment online the night before, but the front desk allowed a walk in to be seen before me. So, that was a frustrating beginning to my experience, but once I made it back, it was a quick and informative!
