The gentleman at the front desk was very kind as soon as I entered into the building- He explained the answers I needed regarding a possible bill in the future. I got seen right away. Also, Natalie and Erica were very nice and kind to me and explained everything that they had to be done regarding my medical situation.
I went to the Buford location and I have to say that I had the most impressive visit ever at an Urgent Care. It began with Stephanie, the front desk attendant. She was so nice and personable and made not feeling well off to a better start. Next I saw Tracey, the CSR/EMT, who checked me in. She was very professional and pleasant. And then came Kourtney, NP of which I was most impressed with as she actually looked me in the eye when she spoke to me and listened to what I had to say. I received excellent care at Piedmont Urgent Care in Buford, Georgia. Check-in was smooth, the staff was attentive and courteous, and I had minimal wait time. The provider was professional, compassionate, and thorough, and the entire team made sure my concerns were addressed.
