The gym is ok but it more so the consideration of the people who come. I left planet fitness mostly due to so many people just sitting on equipment to and not being able to use it. So I decided to join LA Fitness. Not only is it the same issue but there’s several people who take up 2 or more high traffic machines at a time- they leave personal belongings at multiple machines. As a 5 AM before work gym goer it’s frightening because I can’t get a good workout in. Then the sauna you have people doing whole workouts in that little space. It’s an expensive start up investment to start here. I want to cancel and find something else but then I would waste $300 as I... read full review

I wanted to recognize and thank Natajze! I called with a concern and unfortunate complain about a staff team not related to this location. She not only was empathetic and helpful she made it to her mission to not only find a solution but follow up when this was complete. I was hesitant about keeping my membership but she regained my faith in the LA Fitness brand and not only will I keep my membership but I will recommend to everyone. To all La Fitness senior leadership please recognize and consider her your best representative when it comes to your brand and customer service. Thank you Natajze. You’re the best!

Mr. Jung has been an outstanding trainer for both my husband and me. His genuine care and deep commitment have made a significant difference in our progress, especially in relieving my shoulder and back pain. Fitness is clearly a lifelong passion for him, and his extensive knowledge of body training, combined with his motivation to help others improve their health, truly sets him apart. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their overall fitness and well-being.
