Karen was a pleasure to meet and work with concerning my taxes. Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful on some tax insight that was never considered on my taxes before. She help me with some deductibles that I could have been taking credit for all along. Her nice demeanor and patience to listen and consider my personal situation shined bright.
