“I have been on the search for a salon for a while since moving back to Gwinnett a couple of years ago. Most of the previous haircuts I've gotten were pretty ok, but people kept screwing up my bangs. The way my hair naturally grows, there are some slight tweaks that have to be done to my left side or my bangs look crooked. Today was my first time at Kathy Adams Salon. I was set up with Adam as my stylist. Adam was attentive, asked lots of questions about my hair, asked what issues I've had with past hair cuts, and made an actual effort to understand what my hair naturally does (how it lays, what direction in grows in, etc). I then gave him a run down of what kind of cut I wanted and he listened and asked questions. I have found my salon and I have found my stylist. I'm more pleased with my hair cut than I have been in a long while. The staff at the salon was amazing and it was very easy to book an appointment online. The establishment is clean and well kept up. It makes total sense that they were listed as on of the Best of Gwinnett salons. Very please! Thank you Adam!!“

It was booked last minute since I needed a professional headshot taken the same day and I did not know what to do with my hair. Amanda was very kind and she did an excellent job with my hair! I looked glamorous in the photos! Plus, my hair held up for more than three days! I wish I lived closer, otherwise, I'd see her weekly!“

I hadn’t gotten my hair professionally done in over a year (prices are too high now & I didn’t wanna damage my hair again) the last 4 times I’ve been to different hair stylist they 1. Turned my hair basically black when I didn’t want black 2nd time to a different hair stylist they over processed my hair and it fell out in clumps 3rd time they turned my hair an awful green and gave me a bowl cut so you could say I was extremely nervous about getting my hair done for the first time in a year - BUT TINA FIXED MY HAIR W NO DAMAGE UNDER 3 HRS!!! this salon is a hidden gem and the prices are amazing !!! I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion shown at Salon Titanium. My youngest sister walked in after experiencing an unimaginable loss the passing of her baby just a week prior. We didn’t have an appointment, but they welcomed her with open arms.

The receptionist, who went above and beyond, personally took the time to detangle and de-mat my sister’s hair. What might have seemed like a small act of service to some was truly something so much deeper she helped my sister feel cared for and seen in a moment when she needed it most. The patience, gentleness, and warmth she showed made a world of difference and gave my sister a bit of comfort during such a heartbreaking time.

We are beyond grateful for the kindness that was extended. It wasn’t just about hair it was about compassion, humanity, and reminding someone that they still matter.
