I have neglected in the past refusal dentist visits because I’ve had such terrible experiences with dentists. But when my friend recommended Great Smiles and told me it would be a far drive but that the dentist was amazing and would be worth it I trusted her. I’m glad I did. From the customer service to the actual care from Dr Zidor, outstanding. This dentist is so patient and so kind and warm. She made me feel comfortable and treated me like I was the only patient she had. I got fillings and a partial and when I say my whole smile has changed, I mean my whole smile. The office is clean, modern, and calming – it doesn’t even feel like a dental office. The dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and they truly care about their patients.
