?Dr. Farin is our superhero! My little girl chipped her tooth Monday night—a big chip off a very noticeable tooth. She was devastated and scared she had lost her beautiful smile. On Tuesday morning, Dr. Farin fit us into her schedule to see us, treat the exposed nerves, and fix my little girl’s tooth! Her smile is beautiful again! ? THANK YOU, DR. FARIN!!! ?? Today is picture day!!
Each time I bring my daughter into Dentistry for Children in Buford, I am charged for additional services that she did not receive. The front desk representatives have difficulty answering explicit questions regarding services, additional costs, and credits. Additionally, they have difficulty verifying insurance. They've asked me to verify charges they made to my insurance company instead of making corrections and providing the credits after overcharing me. They often blame the insurance company for misunderstandings, but the charges come from Dentistry for Children. Each time I leave Dentistry for Children, I am frustrated. I brought my 6 year old here for his first fillings today. The dental assistant, Jouani was awesome! He was patient, great with explaining, and keeping my son calm. Dr. Farin was also awesome! Quick, spoke slow while explaining to me and my son what she was doing and as she was doing it. This team is great and I will definitely trust them again for his future visits! Thank you guys!
