We pre-arranged and paid for cremation services for both me and my wife years ago. When my wife died recently and unexpectedly I called Crowell Brothers to find out what they would do and what I needed to do. My sons and I met with a director who reviewed in detail what the process involved, what we needed to do and what they would do. Everything was as I expected from our prearrangement. The director was compassionate and clearly explained all the details. All of the staff have been very caring and helpful throughout .
Sam helped me so much during this very difficult time. He made the planning of my daughter’s service easier than I expected. He made sure everything was exactly as planned. I was very pleased with the service we received.
Crowell Brothers Funeral Services took me in with open arms when coming into transport services with employment.. Thank you for the sincerity in making me feel like part of the family..
