I look forward to my Yates-Astro service because of the technician. Garth Rivers is a fine young man who is always pleasant and with whom I have brief, but intelligent, conversations. I think he is worthy of an increase in both pay and position.
We've been with YA for years and the service has always been great, no issues. BUT TODAY was different. We had a new technician. Her (first woman tech ever) name is Jessica and she defiantly set a new standard for anyone afterwards to follow!! The most complete service we have ever had at the house! Very methodical, efficient and complete! Outstanding work! She is highly recommended!
This company is very professional, extremely diligent and thorough. I have used them for 22 years at my vacation home. I would highly recommend Yates-Astro. Bryon is my tech. He always calls beforehand, is very punctual and does a great job!!
