The office staff is so nice and pleasant!!! There are activities for the kids to keep them distracted!! The view is breathtaking when you walk in! All of this made for a wonderful experience!
UPDATE:
My child was supposed to be coming in to have her cap put back on that came off after only 3 months. I spoke to someone twice before that appointment and they never informed me that it was only a consult and not the cap being put back on. The dentist was in the room about 1-2 minutes and then said they would get her set up with a different dentist. Needless to say I was not happy as I had to take off work. My child has yet to be scheduled for her procedure as she had to be put “on a waiting list for Dr. Adams”. I’m very upset with this office! My 3 (almost 4) year old had to have a stainless steel crown on one of her teeth. The dentist and dental assistant worked fast and did a phenomenal job. My baby girl was highly distracted (kid-talk, Frozen, and laughing gas) and no crying took place :) I am also in awe of how great Surfside makes every cleaning appointment super fun. We’re appreciative of you all & will forever take the hour drive to keep up with cleanings and treatment plans!
